基于临床实践培养中医规培医师创新思维的教学探索

Teaching Exploration on Cultivating Innovative Thinking of Standardized Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Residents Based on Clinical Practice

创新教育是医学教育非常重要的一个环节,对于古老而经典的中医学而言,创新是与传承并重的要素。经过多年探索和实践,中医住院医师规范化培训已逐步形成了理论知识、临床实践“两手抓”的培训模式,但如何在中医住院医师规范化培训过程中培养医师的创新思维,体现中医创新教育的内涵仍需进一步探索。文章通过从中医住院医师规范化培训中创新教育的现状分析入手,探讨了基于临床实践的中医住院医师规范化培训创新教学的实施对策,具有将临床工作与中医创新教育相结合、将科内轮转与科外反馈相结合、将临床案例与创新创业竞赛相补充等优点,不失为中医创新教学的新尝试。

Innovation education is a very important link of medical education.For the ancient and classic traditional Chinese medi⁃cine(TCM),innovation is also an element that attaches equal importance to inheritance.After years of exploration and practice,the standardized training of TCM residents has gradually formed a“two-hand”training mode of theoretical knowledge and clinical prac⁃tice.However,how to cultivate innovative thinking of TCM residents in the standardized training process and reflect the connotation of TCM innovation education still needs further exploration.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of innovative education in the standardized training of TCM residents,this paper discussed the implementation countermeasures of the innovative teaching of standardized training of TCM residents based on clinical practice.It has the advantages of combining clinical work with TCM innova⁃tive education,combining internal rotation with external feedback,and supplemting clinical cases with innovation and entrepreneur⁃ship competitions new attempt.
