MOOC联合PBL教学法在儿科学临床见习中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨儿科学临床本科见习教学过程中应用新型教学工具大型开放式网络课程(MOOC)联合基于问题(PBL)的教学方法的效果。方法选取2020年8月—2020年12月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院儿科见习的五年制本科临床医学生120名作为研究对象,用随机法将其分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组采用传统儿科见习教学模式,观察组在见习教学过程中应用新型教学工具MOOC联合PBL教学法,2组学生见习结束后均需完成课后作业、课程测试及满意度调查,并比较分析2组学生的课后作业成绩、课程测试成绩及教学满意度。结果观察组学生的课后作业成绩及课程测试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生疾病基本诊治能力及案例综合分析能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学过程的满意度为95.00%(57/60),高于对照组的81.67%(49/60)(P<0.05)。结论在儿科学临床本科见习教学中应用新型教学工具MOOC联合PBL教学法可以有效提高见习教学质量,提高学生对儿科见习教学的满意度,同时具有提高儿科临床的教学效果重要作用。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of the new teaching tool MOOC combined with PBL teaching method in the pro⁃cess of clinical undergraduate probation teaching of pediatrics.Methods A total of 120 five-year system clinical students from August 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional novitiate teaching mode,while the observation group applied new teaching tool MOOC com⁃bined with PBL teaching method in the probation teaching process.At the end of the probation,all students should completed home⁃work,test and satisfaction survey.The test scores and teaching satisfaction evaluation of the two groups was compared.Results The re⁃sults of homework and course test in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The basic diagnosis and treatment ability and case comprehensive analysis ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than that in the control group(81.67%,49/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of new teaching tool MOOC combined with PBL teaching method in pedi⁃atric clinical undergraduate probation teaching can effectively improve the quality of probation teaching,improve students’satisfac⁃tion with pediatric probation teaching,and play an important role in improving the effectiveness of pediatric clinical teaching.
