中药敷背疗法在小儿肺炎中的应用

The Application of Chinese Me Medicine on Back Application in Children Pneumonia

目的探讨中药敷背在小儿肺炎中的应用效果及作用机制。方法选取肺炎患儿135例,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为A组、B组、C组,每组45例,3组均采用中药敷贴治疗,敷贴时间分别为7∶00—9∶00、9∶00—11∶00、15∶00—19∶00,比较各组治疗后发热、咳嗽、肺啰音及肺部阴影等症状、体征的消失时间及效果。结果C组的总有效率95.6%(43/45)明显高于A组的75.6%(34/45)和B组的77.8%(35/45)(P<0.05),C组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺啰音及肺部阴影消失时间明显短于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿肺炎,在15∶00—19∶00用药能充分借助肺脏驱邪能力的增强来提高疗效。

Objective to study the effect of Chinese medicine on back application in children pneumonia.Methods A total of 135 chil⁃dren with pneumonia were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The three groups were treated with Chinese medicine on back application at 7:00-9:00,9:00-11:00 and 15:00-19:00,respectively.The disappearance time and effect of symptoms and signs such as fever,cough,pulmonary rales and pulmonary shadows were compared among all groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate in group C was 95.6%(43/45),which was sig⁃nificantly higher than 75.6%(34/45)in group A and 77.8%(35/45)in group B(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,pulmo⁃nary rale and pulmonary shadow in group C was significantly shorter than that of group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion For chil⁃dren with pneumonia,medication at 15:00-19:00 can fully improve the curative effect with the enhancement of lung exorcism ability.
