耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗心力衰竭合并睡眠障碍临床观察

Auricular Point Pressing Bean Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated with Sleep Disorders

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合中医穴位贴敷对心力衰竭合并睡眠障碍患者的作用。方法选取江西中医药大学附属医院2020年1月—2020年12月收治的心力衰竭合并睡眠障碍患者100例为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。2组均给予心力衰竭规范化治疗,对照组同步开展耳穴压豆,观察组于对照组基础上开展中医穴位贴敷。比较2组美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级、心理状态、静息心率、睡眠质量。结果干预后2组NYHA心功能分级明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组中文版抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评分低于对照组,乐观水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组静息心率、睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合中医穴位贴敷能够改善心力衰竭合并睡眠障碍患者的心功能和睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint ap⁃plication on patients with heart failure complicated with sleep disorders.Methods A total of 100 patients with heart failure compli⁃cated with sleep disorders who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,including 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group.Both groups were given standardized treatment for heart failure,the control group was given auricular acupoint pressing bean simulta⁃neously,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The NYHA cardiac function classification,psychological state,resting heart rate,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the NYHA cardiac function classification of the two groups was significantly improved,and the observa⁃tion group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the DASS-21 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of optimism was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the interven⁃tion,the resting heart rate and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can improve cardiac func⁃tion and sleep quality in patients with heart failure complicated with sleep disorders.
