黄芪桂枝五物汤联合依帕司他片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined with Epalastat Tablets in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究黄芪桂枝五物汤加味联合依帕司他片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法选取保定市中医院2020年9月—2020年12月收治的84例DPN患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各42例;在给予常规降糖治疗的基础上,对照组行依帕司他片治疗,研究组行黄芪桂枝五物汤加味联合依帕司他片治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的神经传导速度、血清炎性因子和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化情况。结果4个疗程后,研究组的治疗总有效率为90.48%(38/42),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组神经传导速度均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DPN患者在应用依帕司他片的基础上辅以黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗,有利于减轻炎症状态,起到抗氧化的作用,可提升临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with epalastat tablets in the treat⁃ment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods 84 patients with DPN who were ad⁃mitted to Baoding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The research subjects were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method.Patients in both groups were given conventional anti-glucose drugs and basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with epalastat tab⁃lets,and the study group was combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.The efficacy of the two groups after treatment was evalu⁃ated and compared,and the changes of nerve conduction velocity,serum inflammatory factors and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels before and after treatment were observed.Results After 4 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nerve conduction velocity in the two groups were higher than before treatment,while those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of DPN patients with epalastat tablets supple⁃mented with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is beneficial to reduce the inflammatory state of patients,play an antioxidant effect,and play a positive role in promoting the improvement of curative effect.
