中医特色护理在结直肠癌化疗中的应用效果研究

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in Chemotherapy of Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨中医特色护理在结直肠癌化疗中的应用效果。方法选取江西省上犹县人民医院2020年6月—2022年6月收治的114例结直肠癌患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,各57例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医特色护理,对比2组的护理效果。结果护理前,2组的各项癌因性疲乏评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组的各项评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,2组的各项癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORCT QLQ-C30)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组的各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为1.75%(1/57),低于对照组12.28%(7/57)(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理可有效缓解结直肠癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏,改善心理状态,减少不良反应,提升生活质量及护理满意率。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in chemotherapy of colorectal cancer.Methods 114 colorectal cancer patients admitted to Shangyou County People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group performed conventional care,and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine characteristic care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of cancer-related fatigue,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between 2 groups(P>0.05).Af⁃ter nursing,all the scores of 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before nurs⁃ing,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life scale(QLQC30)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,all the scores of 2 groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac⁃tions of the observation group was 1.75%(1/57),which was lower than that of the control group(12.28%,7/57)(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can effectively relieve cancer-caused fatigue,improve psychological status,reduce adverse reactions,and enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients.
