糖尿病肾病中医外治法研究进展

Research Progress of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是由糖尿病日久所致的慢性并发症,也是糖尿病微血管并发症之一。中医典籍将糖尿病肾病归于“消渴”“尿浊”“水肿”“肾劳”“关格”等范畴,多数医家认为其病因病机为本虚标实,并且瘀血贯穿疾病始终。中医外治法对糖尿病肾病的治疗有一定的特色和优势,文章将从艾灸、中药灌肠、耳穴压豆3个方面进行综合性叙述,以期深入了解中医外治法应用于糖尿病肾病的新思路,以获得新进展。

Diabetic nephropathy is a chronic complication caused by diabetes for a long time and is one of diabetic microvascular com⁃plications.Traditional Chinese medicine books classify diabetic nephropathy into the categories of“consumptive thirst”,“urine turbid⁃ness”,“edema”,“kidney strain”and“obstruction and rejection”.Most doctors think that the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic ne⁃phropathy are the deficiency of the root and the deficiency of the root,and blood stasis runs through the disease.External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has certain characteristics and advantages.This paper will be from moxibustion,Chinese medicine enema,auricular point pressing bean three aspects of a comprehensive description,in order to un⁃derstand the new ideas and new progress of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic nephropathy.
