术前应用氨基己酸对腰椎手术患者围手术期出血量的影响分析

Effect of preoperative use of aminocaproic acid on perioperative blood loss of patients undergoing lumbar surgery

目的:探究腰椎手术术前应用氨基己酸对腰椎手术患者围手术期出血量的影响。方法:选取我院2021年4月至2022年10月收治的行腰椎手术患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。术前30 min,对照组静脉输注等量生理盐水或葡萄糖水,观察组静脉输注氨基己酸注射液,比较两组总失血量、血红蛋白下降量、单位红细胞输血量、输血人数、引流管引流量。结果:观察组的总失血量、血红蛋白下降量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中和术后的自体血回输量和异体血回输量,自体血回输和异体血回输人数占比,及术后引流量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎手术术前应用氨基己酸可有效减少腰椎手术患者围手术期出血,减少血回输人数及术后引流量,有利于患者恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative use of aminocaproic acid on perioperative blood loss of patients undergoing lumbar surgery.Methods:Sixty patients underwent lumbar surgery in our hospital from April 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.At 30 minutes before surgery,the control group was treated with intravenous infusion of normal saline or glucose injection,while the observation group was treated with intravenous infusion of aminocaproic acid injection.Total blood loss,decrease in hemoglobin,transfusion volume per unit of red blood cells,number of patients receiving blood transfusion and drainage volume were compared between the groups.Results:The total blood loss and decrease in hemoglobin of the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The autotransfusion volume and allogeneic blood transfusion volume during and after surgery,the proportions of patients receiving autotransfusion and allogeneic blood transfusion,and the postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using aminocaproic acid before lumbar surgery can decrease perioperative bleeding,and reduce patients receiving autologous blood transfusion,the postoperative drainage volume,which is conducive to recovery.
