摘要
为使光伏系统能够稳定输出高直流电压,提出一种高增益耦合电感DC-DC变换器。改变耦合电路升压单元的匝比,可灵活地对拓扑进行增益调节。经钳位电容回收耦合电路的漏感能量,降低开关管的电压尖峰,提升拓扑的效率。通过闭环控制,使变换器具有较快的动态响应和较强的鲁棒性。分析变换器的工作模态,推演变换器增益、器件应力。与典型拓扑做性能比较,结合仿真和样机实验,验证变换器在闭环控制下的稳定性和可行性。
A high-gain coupled inductor DC-DC converter is proposed to stabilize photovoltaic systems’high DC voltage output.The topology gain can be regulated flexibly by changing the turn ratio of the boost unit of the coupling circuit.The clamp capacitor recovers the coupled inductor’s leakage energy,reduces the switch tube’s voltage spike,and improves the efficiency of the topology.The converter has a fast dynamic response and strong robustness by having closed-loop control.The working mode of the converter is analyzed,and the gain and device stress are deduced.Compared with typical topologies,the stability and feasibility of the converter under closed-loop control are verified by simulation and prototype experiments.
