煤矿带式运输机节能设计研究

摘要 近年来,随着我国能源的绿色转型发展,清洁能源被大力推广使用。煤矿行业由于污染严重,整体的发展前景并不乐观。煤矿行业中,运输设备的应用十分广泛,这些设备的技术水平直接影响整个行业的经济效益。其中,带式运输机作为最重要、最常见的运输设备,具有显著的高耗能特点,因此对其进行节能研究意义重大。从带式运输机的结构、工作原理、功能及特点出发,深入研究节能技术,以期优化整体的能效,提升煤矿企业的效益。 In recent years,with the development of China’s green energy transformation,clean energy has been vigorously promoted and used.Coal mining industry due to serious pollution,the overall development prospects are not optimistic.In the coal mining industry,transportation equipment are widely used,and the technical level of these equipment directly affects the economic benefits of the entire industry.Among them,as the msot important and common transport equipment,the belt transpor t aircraft has the characteristics of high energy consumption,so it is of great significance to study its energy conservationB.ased on the structure,working principle,function and characteristicso f belt conveyor,this paper studies the energy saving technology in order to optimize the overall energy efficiency and improve the benefit of coal mine enterprises.
