摘要
环形、圆柱形工件表面径向深孔加工时,一般采用枪钻结构多主轴数控深孔钻床同步加工多个深孔。根据工件直径、壁厚及长度的不同,钻孔数量及分布率、钻孔深度也不相同。为满足该类型零件的高效加工和操作宜人性,机床需要具有高效的控制方法和加工程序。文章重点介绍了一种多主轴数控深孔钻床加工径向深孔的宏程序及操作方法。
For the machining of radial deep holes on the surface of annular and cylindrical workpieces,the gun-drill structure and multi-spindle numerical control deep-hole drilling machine are used to synchronously process multiple deep holes.The number and distribution of holes and the depth of holes vary wthi the diameter,wall thickness and length of the workpiece.I norder to satisfy the high-efficiency processing and operation of this kind of parts,the machine tool needs to have the high-efficiency control method and the processing procedure.This paper mainlyin troduces the macro program and operation method of a multispindle numerical control deep hole drilling machine for machining radial deep hole.
