摘要 从可燃气体探测器环境适应性研究出发,考虑甲烷探测器实际应用环境,利用可燃气体探测器综合性能测试实验平台,选取某款激光式甲烷探测器为研究对象,开展高低温环境适应性实验,研究探测器的甲烷示数影响及报警时间影响。结果显示:选取的探测器在环境温度为15~25℃时的甲烷测试效果最佳,高温环境对测量精度影响大,同时温度会明显影响探测器的报警时间。 Starting from the study on the environmental adaptability of the combustible gas detector,considering the practical application environment of the methane detector,a laser methane detector was selected as the research object by using the comprehensive performance test experiment platform of the combustible gas detector,and the adaptability experiment of high and low temperature environment was carried out to study the influence of the detector’s methane indicator number and alarm time.The results show that the selected detector has the best methane test effect in the temperature range of 15~25℃,the high temperature environment has a great impact on the measurement accuracy,and the temperature also has a significant impact on the detector alarm time.
