摘要
油污染是液压系统内部元件发生故障的首要来源。根据文献调查,70%~80%的液压系统故障由油污染引起。为了保证液压系统安全高效工作,液压油的一系列参数时刻都要处于最佳状态。这就需要构建一个适当的污染管理系统,做好对如油液黏度、油温、污染水平等参数的管理。通过适当监测污染水平,可以明显提高液压系统的可靠性和运行经济性,延长系统的使用寿命,最大限度地防止液压系统元件发生故障。
Oil contamination is the primary source of failure of internal components of hydraulic systems.According to literature survey,about 70%~80%of hydraulic system failure are caused by oil pollution.Therefore,in order for the hydraulic system to work safely and efficiently,a series of parameters of the hydraulic oil must be in the best condition at all times.This requires a prope“r contamination management system”that includes the detection of various parameters such as ovili scosity,oil temperature,contamination level,etc.It is understood that through properm onitoring of pollution level,the reliability,operating economy and long service life of the hydraulic system can be significantlyim proved.This maximizes the protection against failure of hydarulic system elements.
