数字化控制提升发动机冷试台架柔性

摘要 为提高发动机冷试台架的柔性化和智能化水平,通过数字化的控制方式对传统设备进行改造。利用先进的3D打印技术制作新的主轴支撑机构,使其能够兼容和匹配不同车型和高度的发动机曲轴。编写可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)程序,利用数字化方法实现自动化控制。在主轴与曲轴对接和分离阶段,通过程序自动控制压缩空气对气囊充气,使其膨胀至需要的水平高度,满足主轴与曲轴对接时的需求,使其能够兼容和匹配不同车型和高度的发动机曲轴,同时避免了大量停机,提高了发动机的测试成功率,大大降低了人工维护成本,减少了备件消耗。 In order to improve the flexibility and intelligence level of engine cold test bench,the traditional equipment is improved by digital control method.Utilize use of advanced 3Dp rinting technology to produce a new spindle support mechanism,so that it can be compatible with and match different models adn height of the engine crankshaft.At the same time,PLC progrma is written to realize automatic control by digital method.Durni g the docking and separation stage of spindle and crankshaft in the test process,compressed air is automatically controlled to inflate the airbag through the program,so that it expands to the required level height to meet the horizontal demand of spindle and crankshaft docking,so that it can be compatible with and match the engine crankshaft of different models and heights.At the same time,a lot of downtime is avoided,the tes t success rate of the engine is improved,the manual maintenancec ost is greatly reduced,and the spare parts consumption is reduced.
