摘要
焊接是金属加工中的第三大产业,仅次于装配和机械加工。目前,信息、能源、材料等技术发展日新月异,推动机器人技术加速发展,工业机器人也迎来升级换代、跨越发展的机遇。焊接机器人以其独特的优势在工业生产中占有重要地位,结合其发展现状,从焊接人员、焊前准备、焊中控制和焊后处理4个方面简要概述了提高焊接质量的方法,为我国焊接机器人的技术发展和焊接质量提高提供思路。
Welding is the third largest industry in metal processing,after assembly and machining.At present,the rapid development of information,energy,materials and other technologies has promoted the accelerated development of robot technology,and industrial robots have also ushered in the opportunity to upgrade and leapfrog development.Welding robot occupies an important position in industrial production with ist unique advantages.Combining with its development status,the methods to improve welding quality are briefly summarized from four aspects:welding personnel,pre-welding preparation,welding control and post-welding treatment,which provides ideas for the technological development and welding quality improvement of welding robot in China.
