摘要
为了促进智能制造背景下我国机械工程的智能化发展,文章针对机械工程控制系统中可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术的应用和发展进行研究。首先,在简述PLC技术内涵的基础上,分别从抗干扰、存储以及实用性3个方面分析机械控制系统中PLC技术的应用优势。其次,重点研究了PLC技术在生产自动化控制、开关控制、顺序控制以及系统远程通信控制中的具体应用。最后,展望了未来PLC技术的网络化和智能化发展趋势。
In order to promote the development of intelligent mechanical engineering in our country in the era of intelligent manufacturing,this paper researches the application and development of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology in control system of mechanical engineering.First of all,on theb asis of briefly describing the connotation of PLC technology,t he application advantages of PLC technology in mechanical controsl ystem are analyzed from three aspects:anti-interference,stoarge and practicability.Secondly,the paper focuses on the application of PLC technology in production automation control,switch control,sequence control and system remote communication control.Finally,the future trend of PLC technology networking and intelligent development is prospected.
