编码器在自动绕线机排线换向中的应用系统设计

摘要 设计一种采用编码器的自动绕线机排线换向系统。该系统通过编码器采集排线的抖动情况,将信号反馈到三菱FX3U系列可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),通过高速计数器的计算判断排线的换向时刻。软件设计时,充分考虑了排线非正常抖动的情况,增加了编码器的转动设定值以及排线换向的允许区间,通过合理的程序设计,大大提升排线换向的准确性。同时,在一些不规则的工件上能够实现自动换向,保证了绕线质量,有效节约了系统的成本。分析表明,该控制方式简单有效,自适应能力强,具有很高的实用价值。 In this paper,an encoder based automatic winding machine alignment reversing system is designed.The system collects the jitter of the wire through the encoder,feeds thes ignal back to the Mitsubishi FX3U series Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),and determines the commutation time of the wire through the calculation of the high-speed counter.In the software design,the abnormal jitter of the wire is fully consdiered,the rotational setting value of the encoder and the allowable interval of the wire commutation are increased,and the accurayc of the wire commutation is greatly improved through reasonabel programming.At the same time,automatic commutation can be relaized on some irregular workpieces,which ensures the quality fo winding and effectively saves the cost of the system.The analsyis shows that the control method is simple and effective,hasst rong adaptive ability,and has high practical value.
