摘要
“1+X”证书的实施,将职业技能等级证书的考核内容进行分解重构,融入专业教学课程。通过分析制造类专业岗位、工作任务和技能,对接“1+X”证书初级、中级和高级对应的岗位和技能要求,将制造类专业课程体系进行结构重组,将学历证书需要学习的课程和X证书等级标准内容对应的考核内容融入相应的课程,遵循学生的认知规律和职业成长规律,培养学生的岗位意识和职业技能,提高人才培养质量。
The implementation of the“1+X”certificate decomposes and reconstructs the assessment content of the vocational skill level certificate,and integrates it into professional teaching courses.By analyzing the positions,work tasks,and skills of manufacturing majors,and aligning the positions and skill requirements corresponding to the entry-level,intermediate,and advanced positions of the“1+X”certificate,the curriculum system of manufacturing majors will be restructured.The courses required for the academic certificate and the assessment content corresponding to the X certificate level standard will be inetgrated into the corresponding courses,following the cognitive and professional growth laws of students,cultivating their job awareness and professional skills,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
