摘要
水轮发电机内部的结构设计较为复杂,为了降低设备维护人员的工作难度,将混合现实技术与设备相关参数信息结合,提出了一种基于混合现实技术的资料管理系统。系统提供了一个易于使用的界面,可以清晰直观地向使用人员展示设备相关零部件的二维和三维结构。系统将MR技术与电厂图文档资料管理融合创新,极大地提高了设备维护的效率,同时降低了设备维修的成本。
The internal structural design of hydrogenerators is relatively complex.In order to reduce the work difficulty of equipment maintenance personnel,a data management system based on hybrid reality technology is proposed by combining hybrid reality technology with equipment related parameter information.The proposed system provides an easyto-use interface that can clearly and intuitively display the two-dimensional and three-dimensional structures of equipment related components to the users.The system integrates AR technology and data management of power plant drawings and documents,greatly improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance,while reducing the cost of equipment maintenance.
