泡泡棒自动灌装组装一体化设备的研究与应用

Research and Application of an Integrated Equipment for Automatic Filling and Assembly of Bubble Bars

泡泡棒由泡泡棒管、泡泡棒芯、泡泡液组成,生产过程中需要将泡泡液定量灌装在泡泡棒管内并将泡泡棒芯组装在一起。而目前泡泡棒灌装组装均由人工完成,消耗大量的人力,文章以提高泡泡棒的灌装效率和节约人力成本为主要方向,通过设计一种泡泡棒自动灌装组装设备,满足泡泡棒管的自动调头上料、泡泡液自动定量灌装、泡泡棒芯的旋紧,提高灌装效率,降低劳动强度。

The bubble stick is composed of bubble stick tube,bubble stick core and bubble liquid.In the production process,the bubble liquid needs to be quantitatively filled in the bubble stick tube and the bubble stick core needs to be assembled together.At present,the filling and assembly of bubble stick is completed manually,which consumes a lot of manpower.In this paper,the main direction is to improve the filling efficiency of bubble stick and save labor cost.By designing a kind of automatic filling and assembly equipment of bubble stick,it can meet the requirements of automatic turning and feeding of bubble stick tube,automatic quantitative filling of bubble liquid and tightening of bubble stick core,improve filling efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
