Design and Application of Siemens S7-1200 in Security Inspection System

以西门子S7-1200为核心控制器,在系统内部通过以太网连接上位机和HMI触摸屏,在系统外部通过PROFINET进行组态,实现了安检系统的报文传输和逻辑状态控制和监控。为了确保不同系统的电气和数据安全,增加了即可以实现电气和网络的隔离又可实现数据的交换的电气/网络隔离模块PN/PN COUPLE,增加HMI触摸屏可以实现系统状态控制和监控。经过实际应用环境中的大量数据测试,证明本设计运行稳定且高效,满足使用要求。

With Siemens S7-1200 as the core controller,the overall function of Message transmission of security inspection system and logic state control and monitor is realized through connect internal system that computer and HMI touch screen and external system that configure PROFINET.In order to ensure the electrical and data security of different systems,we add an electrical/network isolation module PN/PN COUPLE,which can achieve both electrical and network isolation and data exchange.we can achieve system status control and monitor through an HMI touch screen.After testing a large amount of data in the actual application environment,it has been proved that the design runs stably and efficiently,and satisfies the application requirements.
