具有自动验漏功能的快速连接装置

摘要 为解决松套法兰连接过程劳动强度大、效率低,验漏过程操作麻烦、观察不便、受环境影响大等问题,开展快速连接技术与自动验漏技术研究,采用理论计算结合试验验证的方法,优化设计了一种具有自动验漏功能的快速连接装置。除具有松套法兰自锁功能、与槽车直连功能、流动阻力小、密封性能好、对密封面要求低等优点外,还具有快速连接功能和自动验漏功能。利用螺纹-连杆机构进行传动,配合导向机构,将连接所需的扭矩由168.8Nm减小至80Nm,减小了52%,连接时间由120s缩短至30s,减少了75%,利用高精度压力传感器测压法检验连接处是否泄露,检验过程受周围环境影响小,检验结果准确可靠,将验漏时间由45s缩短至10s,减少了78%。与松套法兰相比大大降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率和装车臂的自动化水平。 In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency in the connection process,inconvenient operation and observation and large environmental impact in the leak detection process,when loose flange docking with the LNG tanker,Carried out the research on quick connection technology and automatic leak detection technology,adopt the method of theoretical calculation combined with test verification,a quick-connect device with automatic leak detection function was designed。In addition to the advantages of loose flange self-locking function,direct connection function with tank car,low flow resistance,good sealing performance,and low requirements for sealing surface,it also has quick connection function and automatic leak detection function.The thread-connecting rod mechanism is used for transmission and the guide mechanism is matched,the torque required for connection has been reduced by 52% from 168.8Nm to 80Nm,connection time reduced by 75% from 120 seconds to 30 seconds,the high-precision pressure sensor manometry method is used to check whether the connection is leaking,the inspection process is less affected by the surrounding environment,the test results are accurate and reliable,and the leak detection time is shortened from 45 seconds to 10 seconds,which is reduced by 78%.Compared with the loose flange,the labor intensity is greatly reduced,and the work efficiency and automation level of the loading arm are improved.
