摘要
为了减轻车辆重量,关键零部件大多采用铝合金材料,为了提高铝合金零件的螺纹使用寿命,使用新型内螺纹紧固件钢丝螺套成为了常用的方法,钢丝螺套的安装质量会影响到车辆的整机性能。目前钢丝螺套多采用手工安装方式,安装质量和效率需要进一步提升。本文针对钢丝螺套自动化安装的需求,开展自动安装系统工程化设计,该系统能够实现两种典型零件、4种规格钢丝螺套的自动安装,并且能够将安装的扭矩、深度及安装结果照片等进行存储,为质量追溯及工艺参数优化提供了基础,经过箱体、轴承座零件的钢丝螺套安装验证,能够实现钢丝螺套安装质量和效率的提升及质量追溯。
In order to reduce the weight of the vehicle,the key parts are mostly made of aluminum alloy.In order to improve the thread life of aluminum alloy parts,it is a common method to use a new type of wire screw sleeve for fasteners with internal thread.The installation quality of steel wire screw sleeve will affect the overall performance of the vehicle.At present,steel wire screw sleeve is installed manually,and the installation quality and efficiency need to be further improved.In this paper,the automatic installation system is designed to meet the requirements of automatic installation of steel wire screw sleeve,the functional design of automatic installation system is carried out,and the system can realize two typical parts.Automatic installation of four kinds of wire screw sleeve,and the installation torque depth and installation result photos can be stored,which provides a basis for quality traceability and process parameter optimization.After the transmission system and bearing seat parts of the steel wire screw sleeve installation quality and efficiency and effect quality.
