漏波电缆通讯技术在自动摆渡车上的应用研究

摘要 移动摆渡车是变压器固化炉生产线上的关键设备,因此提升固化炉摆渡车在移动运行过程中的通讯可靠性和稳定性对提高固化炉生产线将具有重要意义,由于固化炉摆渡车需要在固化炉穿梭运行,应用环境磁场强度大,因此,为了提升摆渡车运行过程中和上位控制系统通讯的稳定性,我们提出一种基于漏波电缆的通讯解决方案,并通过实验验证其性能优势。实验结果表明,漏波电缆通讯技术在丢包率上的表现明显优于传统Wi-Fi通讯技术。漏波电缆通讯技术为固化炉自动摆渡车的可靠稳定通讯需求提供了最优解决方案。 Automatic trolley is a key equipment in hardening oven automation line of transformer production.Therefore,to improve the communication reliability and stability during their moving operations will be very important for this hardening oven production line.Due to the automatic trolley work around hardening oven,therefore,it run in an environment with high magnetic field intensity.To enhance the communication stability between the trolley and the control system,we propose a communication solution based on leaky coaxial cables and validate its performance through experiments.The experimental results demonstrate that leaky coaxial cable communication technology exhibits significant advantages over traditional Wi-Fi communication technology in terms of packet loss.Leaky coaxial cable communication technology provides an optimal solution for the specific communication requirements of curing furnace shuttle cars.
