摘要
本文基于对MBD的数字样机关键技术的研发,在焊接结构设计、工艺设计和生产制造方面建立工程数据与知识库,研发专用工业软件和标准,创建基于MBD的工程机械焊接工艺一体化设计模式,并建立和完善相关标准体系,从根本上提升焊接工艺设计能力。
By the research and development of key technologies of MBD for digital mock-up construction,this paper establishes the Data and Knowledge Base for the aspects of structural components design,process design,and manufacturing,and also develops industrial software and standards,thus to create an integrated design pattern for welding processes based on MBD,and establish and improves Standard system,so as to fundamentally improve the welding process design capabilities.
