摘要
为提高渡河工程保障能力,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法两者相结合的方法,先构建指标体系用层次分析法确认权重,然后建立渡河工程保障评估模型,用模糊综合评价法对某渡河工程保障行动进行实例评估,得到综合评价为中等。该方法克服了渡河工程保障能力评估指标复杂,难以定量评估的困难,为科学评估渡河保障能力提供了新方法。
In order to improve the support ability of river crossing project,the method of combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to establish the index system and confirm the weight by AHP,and then establish the evaluation model of river crossing project support.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the support action of a river crossing project,and the comprehensive evaluation is medium.This method overcomes the difficulty that the evaluation index of river crossing engineering support ability is complicated and difficult to evaluate quantitatively,and provides a new method for scientific evaluation of river crossing engineering support ability.
