摘要
为了更好地理解并确定奥氏体不锈钢中铁素体含量的测定要求,简要介绍了奥氏体不锈钢中δ铁素体与α铁素体的形成及其对力学性能的影响,概述了俄罗斯标准中奥氏体不锈钢铁素体含量测定的内容,梳理了奥氏体不锈钢中铁素体含量的金相法测定标准GB/T 13305—2008的发展历史,并分析了该标准存在的一些问题,最后对GB/T 13305—2008标准中存在的问题提出了修改建议。
In order to better understand and determine the requirements for the determination of ferrite content in austenitic stainless steel,the formation ofδferrite andαferrite in austenitic stainless steel and its influence on mechanical properties were briefly introduced.The content of the standard for the determination of ferrite content in austenitic steel in Russia was summarized.The development history of the standard GB/T 13305—2008for the determination of ferrite content in austenitic stainless steel by metallographic method was sorted out,and some problems of the standard were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions for modifying the problems in the standard GB/T 13305—2008were put forward.
