服务型制造数字技术应用研究综述

A REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN SERVICE-ORIENTED MANUFACTURING

摘要 服务型制造(SOM)是一种将服务与制造相结合的先进制造模式。关于SOM的综述文章多以围绕技术影响和系统设计等宏观视角展开讨论。区别于以往研究,在前人研究的基础上,总结归纳了服务型企业在产品全生命周期所包含的产品设计、运营维护以及回收和再制造3个阶段中,数字技术的实际运用和企业案例。最后,展望了未来可能的研究方向,并提出了建议。 Service-oriented Manufacturing(SOM)is an advanced manufacturing model that combines service and manufacturing.Currently,most of the review articles on SOM discuss SOM from a macro perspective around the impact of new technologies and system design.Different from previous research,from the perspective of product life cycle,the application of digital technology and practical cases of service-oriented enterprises in three important stages that affect enterprise decision-making are summarized in product design,operation and maintenance,recycling and remanufacturing.Finally,the possible future research directions are prospected and suggestions are put forward.
