桑枝总生物碱与二甲双胍联合用药对2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果分析

Effect analysis of combined treatment of total alkaloids of mulberry branch and Metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨桑枝总生物碱(MTA)与二甲双胍(Met)联合用药对T2DM患者的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1~9月于我院内分泌科治疗的T2DM患者119例,根据患者治疗意愿分为Met组(n=38)、MTA组(n=40)和Met+MTA组(n=41),Met组采用Met治疗,MTA组采用MTA治疗,Met+MTA组采取Met+MTA联合治疗。治疗24周后比较各组血糖、餐后血糖波动幅度(PPGE)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、中医证候积分等治疗效果。结果MTA组2 h PG低于Met组,Met+MTA组2 h PG低于Met组(P<0.05),Met+MTA组FPG低于Met、MTA组(P<0.05)。Met+MTA组EMTA、PPG低于Met组(P<0.05),Met+MTA组HOMA-IR、中医症候积分低于Met、MTA组(P<0.05)。结论MTA与Met联合用药可改善T2DM患者血糖、HOMA-IR及中医症候积分。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mulberry twig alkaloids(MTA)combined with Metformin(Met)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 119 patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study from our hospital during January 2022 to September 2022.All the patients were divided into Met group(n=38),MTA group(n=40)and Met+MTA group(n=41)according to their treatment intention.Met group was treated with Met,MTA group received MTA treatment,and combined group received Met+MTA treatment.After 24 weeks follow up,blood glucose,post pranpranal blood glucose fluctuation range(PPGE),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and TCM syndrome score were compared among the three groupsR.Iesults2 hPG was significantly lower in MTA group and Met+MTA group than in Met group(P<0.05).FPG was significantly lower in Met+MTA than Met group and MTA group(P<0.05).PPGE was significantly lower in MTA group and Met+MTA group than in Met group(P<0.05).HOMA-IR and TCM syndrome scores was significantly lower in Met+MTA group than in Met group and MTA group(P<0.05).Conclusion MTA combined with Met can further improve blood glucose,HOMA-IR and TCM syndrome score in T2DM patients.
