摘要
利用基于体绘制算法的三维成像方法,对相控阵超声原始检测数据进行三维重建;同时,在三维模型中基于聚类算法进行相关显示信号的识别,并根据标准要求进行测量和评判。设计了对接焊缝试块,利用试块数据对该成像方法进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,设计的自动分析系统能够直观显示缺陷的成像效果,响应速度快,识别及测量准确度高,相较于人工分析效率提升了3倍以上。
The 3Dimaging method based on volume rendering algorithm was used to reconstruct the original phased arrayultrasonic testing data.At the same time,in the three-dimensional model,the relevant display signals were identified based onclustering algorithm,measured and evaluated according to the standard requirements.The butt weld test block was designedand tested by using the test block data.The result showed that the designed automatic analysis system can directly display theimaging effect,had fast response speed,high recognition and measurement accuracy.The efficiency of automatic analysis wasmore than 3times higher than that of manual analysis.
