摘要
从内蒙古人才竞争力时空演进评价对自治区人才竞争力进行评价,进而提出提高内蒙古人才竞争力的具体建议。研究内容包括两个部分:首先,构建人才竞争力指标体系,分析内蒙古在西部地区人才竞争力地位,着重对内蒙古12盟市科技人才时空演变特征进行评价;其次,基于上述研究结论从人才培养、人才吸引、人才创新、人才聚集四个方面就如何提高内蒙古自治区人口素质以及人才竞争力地位提出具体建议。
The talent competitiveness of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is evaluated from the evaluation of spatial-temporal evolution of the talent competitiveness of Inner Mongolia,and then specific suggestions are put forward to improve the talent competitiveness of Inner Mongolia.The research includes two parts.Firstly,the index system of talent competitiveness is constructed to analyze the position of the talent competitiveness of Inner Mongolia in the western region,and evaluate the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of scientific and technological talents in 12 league cities of Inner Mongolia.Secondly,based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on how to improve the population quality and the competitive status of talents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from four aspects:talent training,talent attraction,talent innovation and talent gathering.
