摘要
油浸电力变压器中层压绝缘件需要使用单张纸板粘合而成,行业内很少有人研究层压纸板层间粘合强度,目前标准中给出的关于层压纸板质量检测方法及指标,无法验证层压纸板在后续使用中是否会有开裂风险,本文给出了两种检测方法,可作为层压纸板层间粘合强度判定依据,并通过此方法,对比了不同粘合剂对层压纸板粘合性能的影响,给出了不同粘合剂压制层压纸板的剪切强度推荐值和剥离强度推荐值。
The middle pressure insulation parts of oil-immersed power transformer need to be glued with a single sheet of cardboard.Few people in the industry study the laminar adhesion strength of laminated pressboard.The quality detection methods and indicators of laminated pressboard given in the current standard cannot verify whether laminated pressboard will have cracking risk in the subsequent use.This method can be used as the basis to determine the adhesion strength of laminate board.By comparing the influ-ence of different adhesives on the adhesion properties of laminate board,the recom-mended values of shear strength and peel strength of laminate board are given.
