职业教育推进科教融汇的意义、困境与实施路径 被引量:5

摘要 科教融汇是深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的重要突破口,是将科学研究、科学技术与技术技能人才培养进行系统性融合,实现科教协同创新,促进教育链与创新链对接,以加快科技成果转化,提升职业教育高质量发展,助力现代化建设的新路径。职业教育推进科教融汇在有力支撑科技强国建设,促进职业教育人才培养提质升级,提升职业院校服务经济社会发展能力方面具有重要的意义。目前存在着对科教融汇的理解不深入、对科教融合工作的重视不足和科技研发与技术服务的基础相对薄弱等问题,可通过加强科教融汇相关理论研究,注重教育教学研究;加强科研机制创新,构建科教融汇育人新模式;加强科研平台的科教融汇功能,打造科技成果转化的“中试车间”等措施开展有益实践探索。 The science-education integration is an important breakthrough in deepening the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.By systematically integrating scientific research,technology and the cultivation of technically skilled personnel,by realizing the collaborative innovation of science and education,and by promoting the connection between the education chain and the innovation chain,it is a new way to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,to improve the high-quality development of vocational education,and to help the modernization construction.Promoting the science-education integration in vocational education is of great significance in building a country with strong technological strength,improving the talent cultivation quality in vocational education,and enhancing the vocational colleges ability to serve economic and social development.At present,there is a lack of in-depth understanding of and emphasis on science-education integration,and the scientific research and technical services are relatively weak.We can carry out beneficial practical exploration by strengthening theoretical research on science-education integration,innovating the education mode,strengthening the integration function of scientific research platforms,and creating a“pilot plant”for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
