高职施工工种实训课程融合劳动教育的路径

On the Path of Integrating Labor Education into the Practical Course of Construction Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业院校劳动教育应结合专业以生产性劳动承载劳动精神、工匠精神、工作态度等主要内容,通过劳动教育必修课和课程融合型劳动教育等形式,抓住劳动教育五个关键环节,引导学生树立正确的劳动观念、提升必备的劳动能力、培育积极的劳动精神、形成良好的劳动习惯。在高职施工工种实训课程中,重构职业知识为主、融合劳动教育和思政教育的“一主双融”多工种模块化教学内容,创新实施理实虚结合的“脑体并行”教学模式和“多元多维多样”考核评价,校企联动一体化建设课程资源、打造“双师型”协作式课程团队、共建校内外实践场地加强课程劳动教育实施保障,可有效破解该课程劳动教育存在的学生主动劳动意愿不足、劳动教育内容陈旧、教学组织形式单一、考核评价标准缺失等问题,形成改革合力,全面提升学生专业劳动素养。

Vocational colleges should combine labor education with producing labor to carry forward labor spirit,craftsmanship spirit,and work attitude,and help students to establish correct labor concept,improve necessary labor ability,cultivate positive labor spirit and form good labor habits through labor education as a form of compulsory course or a certain course integrated with labor education.At present,as for the labor education of the practical course of construction work in higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as insufficient students'willingness to work actively,outdated labor education content,single teaching organization form,and lack of assessment and evaluation standards.To solve this problem,it is necessary to reconstruct modular teaching content that focuses on vocational knowledge and integrates labor education and ideological and political education,implement diversified assessment and evaluation,establish curriculum resources through college-enterprise linkage,create a“dual-qualified”collaborative curriculum team,and jointly build practical venues both inside and outside the campus.In this way,a joint force of reform can be formed to comprehensively enhance students'professional labor literacy.
