教育4.0时代“何以为师”——对智慧教育场域中高职教师数字素养的考量 被引量:2

摘要 提升高职教师数字素养是促进职业教育高质量发展的关键内容。智慧教育场域中的高职教师数字素养作为契合智能教育创新诉求、达成全能创新型人才培养目标的关键驱动力,本身蕴含科技素养、数据素养与人文素养三重核心要素,具有赋能高职教师优化课程教学模式、打破产教壁垒、引燃教学活动创新的价值意蕴。教育4.0时代,高职院校应创设智慧教学科技素养的培训项目,设计智慧教学数据素养的学习共同体,运用智慧教学人文素养的评估工具,以培养智慧教育场域具有专业数字素养的高职教师人才。 Improving the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers is the key content to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The digital literacy of higher vocational teachers in the field of intelligent education,as the key driving force to meet the innovation demands of intelligent education and achieve the training objectives of all-round innovative talents,contains three core elements of scientific and technological literacy,data literacy and humanistic literacy,and has the value implication of enabling higher vocational teachers to optimize the teaching mode,break the barriers of teaching,industry and education,and ignite the innovation of teaching activities.In the age of education 4.0,higher vocational colleges should create training programs for smart teaching scientific and technological literacy,design learning communities for smart teaching data literacy,and use evaluation tools for smart teaching humanistic literacy to cultivate higher vocational teachers with professional digital literacy in the smart education field.
