基于PSO算法的摆线钢球减速器优化研究

摘要 为了优化摆线钢球减速器结构设计,有效提升减速器传动效率。应用优化设计理论,建立了一种摆线钢球减速器传动机构双目标优化数学模型。选取当前应用较为广泛且备受业内人士推崇的多目标粒子群算法,再选取合适的目标函数对其展开规范严谨、科学合理地优化设计。为进一步增强PSO算法的模型优化求解性能,应用Levy步长对算法权重进行优化,提升算法寻优能力。最后,应用Matlab对模型进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明该优化设计模型能够对摆线钢球减速器相关参数展开深入细致地研究,以此对本模型的正确性、合理性进行规范严格地检验。 In order to optimize the structure design of the cycloid steel ball reducer,effectively improve the transmission effi-ciency of the reducer.Applying optimization design theory,a dual-objective optimization mathematical model of the transmission mechanism of the cycloid steel ball reducer is established.To choose a general algorithm for optimizing particle coupling,and the right objective function for standardized,rigorous,scientific and rational optimization design.Optimization model optimization of the PSO algorithm in terms of sample step size,the weight of the algorithm can be adjusted efficiently and conveniently to improve the algorithm optimization ability.In addition,this paper carries out a rigorous and standardized simulation analysis through the con-venient and powerful Matlab software.The results demonstrate that the optimization design model can carry out in-depth and de-tailed research on the related parameters of cycloid ball reducer,so as to test the correctness and rationality of the model strictly.
