摘要
针对非相参雷达输出频率变化范围很大造成系统不能稳定工作这一难题,介绍了一种低温漂的小型化毫米波接收前端的调试方法。对VCO调控电路进行了理论分析,采用“先调调谐斜率、再调温度系数、最后调中心频率”的“三步”调试法,完美解决了定型项目中调试难度大、生产性差、故障返修率高等问题。
Aiming at the problem that the system cannot work stably due to the large range of the output frequency of the output frequency of the incoherent radar,this paper introduces a debugging method of a miniaturized millimeter wave receiver front-end with low temperature drift.The theoretical analysis of VCO regulating circuit are carried out,and the"three-step"debugging method of"adjusting the tuning slope first,then the temperature coefficient,and finally the center frequency"is adopted,which perfectly solves the problems of large debugging difficulty,poor productivity,and high fault repair rate in finalized projects.
