宽带多通道阵列馈电系统设计与仿真研究

摘要 内场辐射式射频仿真试验系统是现代雷达及电子战装备研制试验的重要设施,在国内外得到了快速发展和广泛应用,阵列馈电系统作为内场辐射式射频仿真试验系统的关键系统,直接决定着内场辐射式射频仿真试验系统目标位置精度的实现。论文介绍了宽带多通道阵列馈电系统的系统组成、工作原理、馈电通道设计、器件选型,并利用SystemVue2015建立了宽带多通道阵列馈电系统目标馈电通道链路仿真模型,结合器件性能指标进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所述的宽带多通道阵列馈电系统馈电通道设计满足内场辐射式射频仿真试验系统的技术要求,对内场辐射式射频仿真试验系统的宽带多通道阵列馈电系统设计具有较好的指导意义和参考价值。 Internal field radiation radio frequency simulation test system is an important facility for modern radar and EW equipment develomment and testing.It has been devoloped rapidly and widely at home and abroad.The array feed system,as the Key system of Internal field radiation radio frequency simulation test system,directly determines the realization of target location accuracy of internal field radiation radio frequency simulation test system.The paper introduces the system composition,operation principle,feed chennel design and device selection of the broadband multichannel array feed system.The simulation mode of broadband multi-channel array feed system target feeder is established and simulated and verified by SystemVue2015.And the simulation verification is carried out with the device performance index.The simulation verification results show that the feed channel design of broadband multichannel array feed system meets the requirements of the Internal field radiation radio frequency simulation test system,and has a good guiding significance and reference value for the design of the broadband multichannel array feed system array feed channel system design of the radio frequency simulation test system.
