某型救生船援潜救生能力评估研究

Research on Assessment of Submarine Rescue Capability of a Submarine Rescue Ship

以某型救生船的援潜救生模块为研究对象,通过分析,构建了水面舰艇援潜救生能力评估指标体系;利用层次分析法确定指标体系的各层权重大小,在此基础上采用灰色评估法对某型救生船援潜救生能力进行了评估,评估结果表明所采取的评估方法真实有效,该型救生船援潜救生能力良好。

Taking the submarine rescue module of a submarine rescue ship as the research object,the evaluation index system of submarine rescue capability of surface ships is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process method is used to determine the weight of each layer of the index system.On this basis,the grey evaluation method is used to evaluate the submarine rescue capability of a certain type of submarine rescue ship.The results show that the evaluation method is effective and the submarine rescue capability of a submarine rescue ship is good.
