摘要
为开展液压系统内不同流量脉动信号传递与激励特性的研究,设计搭建了频率可控的液压流量脉动生成试验平台。该平台以某船舵液压系统为模拟对象,包含惯性负载、驱动液缸及转舵机构、主控阀组、长管路模拟单元及脉动生成单元等。采用speedgoat实时仿真目标机,搭建了配套的测控系统。结合仿真和试验,验证了该平台在350Hz以内指定幅频流量脉动信号的生成能力。结果表明,该平台工作稳定可靠,试验生成的流量脉动信号与仿真吻合度良好,误差均在10%以内。
In order to simulate the signal of the flow pulsation in hydraulic system,an experimental platform is designed and built to generate the frequency controllable flow pulsation.it is used to generate the signals which the parameters meets the needs of the experiment.Aiming to simulate the steering hydraulic system of X ship,the inertial load simulation section,main control valve group,long pipeline simulation unit and flow pulsation generation section is designed to build the platform.A matched measure and control system is constructed based on the speedgoat real-time simulation target equipment.Through the simulation and experi-ment,the ability of the platform is verified which generate the designated flow pulsation within the 350Hz by valve-control method.The result indicates that the platform is steady and reliable,the errors between the signals which are generated by the simulation and experiment are tiny,the errors between simulation and experiment are less than 10%.
