产业集群内裂变新创企业的外部网络关系与创业绩效研究

Research on the external network relationship and entrepreneurial performance of spin-off new ventures in industrial clusters

外部网络关系研究对裂变新创企业绩效提升具有重要意义,以产业集群内裂变新创企业为研究对象,试图考察其外部网络关系与创业绩效的逻辑联系,并将创业资源获取、内部网络嵌入纳入作用过程之中。研究结果显示:产业集群内裂变新创企业的外部商业网络关系、外部政治网络关系对创业绩效具有正向影响;知识类资源获取在外部商业网络关系与创业绩效的关系中起到部分中介作用,资产类资源获取在外部政治网络关系与创业绩效的关系中起到完全中介作用;在内部网络嵌入的存在下,外部商业网络关系对创业绩效的作用将被削弱,而外部政治网络关系对创业绩效的影响并不显著。

The research on external network relations plays an important role in improving the performance of spin-off new ventures.focused on the spin-off new ventures in the industrial cluster,this research tries to examine the logical relationship between the external network relationship and entrepreneurial performance and brings entrepreneurial resource acquisition and internal network embeddedness into the action process.The results show that:the external business network relationship and political network relationships of spin-off new ventures in industrial clusters have a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance;the resource acquisition of knowledge plays a partial mediating effect in the relationship between external business network relationships and entrepreneurial performance,while the resource acquisition of asset plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between external political network relationships and entrepreneurial performance;with internal network embeddedness,the effect of external business network relationships on entrepreneurial performance will be reduced,while the effect of external political network relationships on entrepreneurial performance is not significant.The conclusion has beneficial implications for the construction of a spin-off new venture network in industrial clusters,the formulation of entrepreneurship policies,and the development of industrial clusters.
