村庄差异化视域下乡村振兴实施路径探究

Pathways to Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Village Differentiation

我国幅员辽阔、人口众多,不同地域之间在自然环境、区位条件、资源禀赋方面有着原生差别,村庄发展一直都是乡村振兴工作的重中之重,但村庄发展的差异性随着我国经济社会快速发展不断突显。在实施乡村振兴的具体过程中,很难不加区分、一概而论地探寻具有普适效应的村庄发展策略。应当在新型城镇化与乡村振兴的“双轮驱动”中,科学探别城市吸附型村庄、城乡交流型村庄、偏远独居型村庄等不同类型村庄的内涵、特征及其面临的发展困境,在此基础上因地制宜地探寻不同类型村庄实现乡村振兴的具体路径。

China has a vast territory and a sizable population.Different regions have natural differences in natural environment,locational conditions and resources capacities.Village development comes top on the agenda of rural revitalization.However,discrepancy in village development is increasingly remarkable in the process of rapid socioeconomic growth.In implementing rural revitalization,it’s hard to probe undiscriminatingly and sweepingly into a developing strategy universally suited for all village conditions.In the dual drive of new urbanization and rural revitalization,we must work in a well-conceived manner on the connotations,features,and developing plights of such types of villages as the town-absorptive villages,urban-rural communicative villages and outlying isolated villages,and on the specific paths to rural revitalization realization of different types of villages based on local conditions.
