运用药膳与膏方助育促孕的经验分析

An empirical analysis of using medicated diet and paste formula to assist fertility and promote pregnancy

总结湖南中医药大学第一附属医院中医生殖中心临床运用药膳与膏方助育促孕的经验,即治疗时女方参照女科分病促孕方案,男方参照男科辨证助育方案或“培、补、强、通”方案;调护时女方参照女方普适型调护方案或女方分期促孕方案,男方参照男方普适型调护方案或“先补后通,适时助育”方案。上述方案根据患者自身情况分别在双方同治同调和一方治疗与一方调护两种模式下运用,实现了药膳与膏方全周期用于助育促孕。该经验为调治不孕不育症提供了行之有效的新方法和新模式,具有一定的临床借鉴意义,值得推广运用。

This paper has summarized the experience in clinical application of medicated diet and paste formula to assist fertility and promote pregnancy in TCM Reproductive Center of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine;that is,during the treatment,the female are treated to promote pregnancy according to their different gynecological diseases,while the male are treated to assist fertility based on pattern identification in andrology or the plan of"cultivating,supplementing,strengthening,and canalizing sperms".During the adjusting period,the female are given the universal adjusting plan or the staged pregnant-promoting plan;the male are given universal adjusting plan or the plan of"supplementing sperms firstly,canalizing sperms afterwards to assist fertility timely";meanwhile,according to their specific conditions,it could be carried out under the two modes of co-treatment and co-adjustment of both sides and one receiving treatment but the other receiving adjusting plan solely,which realizes the whole cycle application of medicated diet and paste formula to assist fertility and promote pregnancy.Moreover,it provides an effective new method and a new model for treating infertility and promoting aristogenesis,which has certain clinical reference significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
