《黄帝内经》胃气理论内涵及其对中医护理的指导作用

Connotation of stomach qi theory in Huang Di Nei Jing(Huangdi's Inner Classic)and its guidance on TCM nursing

梳理《黄帝内经》中有关胃气的文献记载,总结凝练胃气理论的内涵。胃气是脾胃功能在脉象上的反映,是指胃受纳腐熟水谷化生的精微之气,是以降为顺的胃腑气机。从病情观察、饮食护理、情志护理3个方面阐述《黄帝内经》胃气理论对中医护理的指导作用,认为顾护胃气的原则体现于中医护理的各个方面,该理论对提高临床护理质量、发挥中医护理的特色优势具有指导意义。

This paper has combed the records of stomach qi in Huang Di Nei Jing(Huangdi's Inner Classic),and has summarized the theoretical connotation of stomach qi.As the reflection of the spleen and stomach function in pulse conditions,the stomach qi is the essence qi transformed by the stomach after receiving and decomposing the water and food,and it also refers to the qi activity of stomach with downbearing as its normality.The guidance of stomach qi theory in Huang Di Nei Jing(Huangdi's Inner Classic)on TCM nursing has been expounded from three aspects:disease observation,dietary nursing,and emotional nursing.Furthermore,it is believed that the principle of"caring for and protecting the stomach qi"is reflected in all aspects of TCM nursing,and this theory has guiding significance for improving the quality of clinical nursing and giving full play to the characteristic advantages of TCM nursing.
