摘要与糖尿病持续存在相关的严重性继发性病理包括糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)、糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)和心血管疾病(CVD),这些疾病是由于血糖水平持续升高引起的血管损伤而导致的。玻璃体内注射抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)试剂已成为糖尿病性视网膜病变的重要治疗手段。本文主要对DR、DME及其玻璃体内注射抗VEGF药物治疗与发生CVD的相关研究展开综述。 Severe secondary pathologies associated with the persistence of diabetes mellitus include diabetic retinopathy(DR),diabetic macular edema(DME)and cardiovascular diseases(CVD),which are caused by vessel damage due to persistently elevated blood glucose level.Intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)agents has become an important therapeutic modality for DR.The present article mainly reviews related researches on DR,DME and intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF agent therapy and the occurrence of CVD.
