NLRP 3炎症小体在心血管疾病中的作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着生活水平的大幅度提高,多种疾病的发病率也逐年升高,其中心血管疾病(CVD)如冠心病、心衰等疾病的发病率居高不下且逐渐年轻化。研究表明,炎症反应及其产生的炎症因子在CVD中起重要作用。在相关的发病机制中,核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体相关的炎症反应起重要作用。本文就NLRP 3炎症小体在CVD中的作用的研究进展作一综述。 With significant improvement of living standards,incidence rates of many diseases are also increasing year by year,among which incidence rates of cardiovascular diseases(CVD)such as coronary heart disease,heart failure and other diseases remains high and shows a gradual younger trend.Researches have indicated that inflammatory response and inflammatory factors produced by it play an important role in CVD.In related pathogenesis,nucleotide-binding domain,leucine-rich-repeat containing family,pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome-related inflammatory responses play an important role.The present article makes a review on research progress on role of NLRP3 inflammasome in CVD.
