基于双因素理论对社会工作机构招聘困境的研究——以H市Y社会工作机构为例

摘要 社会工作在我国的发展呈现明显的“南强北弱”局面。以双因素理论为指导,根据H市Y社会工作机构近两年招聘数据分析可以发现,导致社会工作机构招聘困难的因素有保健因素、激励因素及其他因素。建立健全试用制度、尝试搭建行业内的员工推荐机制、建立合理的奖励与晋升机制、注重社会工作从业者的获得感提升、鼓励高层人才参与社会工作机构建设、完善社会工作机构内部员工培训体系等措施促进解决社会工作机构的招聘难题,为社会工作更好的发展作出一定的努力。 The development of social work in China presents an obvious situation of"being strong in the south and weak in the north".Guided by the two-factor theory,according to the recruitment data of Y agency in H city in the past two years,it can be found that the factors leading to the recruitment difficulties of social work agencies include hygiene factors,incentive factors and other factors.Measures such as establishing and improving the probationary system,trying to build a staff recommendation mechanism,establishing a reasonable reward and promotion mechanism,focusing on improving the social workers'sense of acquisition,encouraging senior talents to participate in the construction of social work agencies,and improving the internal staff training system of social work agencies,can help to alleviate the recruitment difficulties of social work agencies and make certain efforts for the better development of social work profession.
