Analysis on the Path of Cooperative Development of Course——based Ideology and Politics and Ideological——political Education in Graduate Courses

研究生课程思政与思政课程的协同发展,是研究生教育“立德树人”培养目标的必然要求,二者只有协同才能达到最佳的教育效果。但二者的协同发展存在教学内容融合难度增加、教师沟通不足、学生兴趣降低和管理机构支持力度不够的困境。实现二者协同发展需要端正师生观念,激发内生动力;建立交流机制,畅通沟通渠道;争取政策支持,创造良好环境;深挖思政元素,推进内容融合,完成协同发展的关键步骤与重点任务。

The coordinated development of course-based ideology and politics and ideological-political curriculum in graduate education is an inevitable requirement for the goal of"fostering character and civic virtue",and the best educational effect can be achieved only by the coordination of these two aspects.However,there are some difficulties in their collaborative development,such as the increasing difficulty of integral teaching content,insufficient communication among teachers,the decreasing interest of students and the deficiency of support from educational administration.Hence,it is necessary to take some measures to promote collaborative development in postgraduates'ideological-political education.Firstly,it is important for teachers and students to cultivate ethical value and stimulate their endogenous power.Secondly,establishing efficient communication mechanism and channels is also an important way to promote collaborative development.Thirdly,it is bound to strive for policy support and create harmonious atmosphere to foster its cooperative development.Last but not least,the focus to accomplish the goal is promote the integration of teaching content by preparing valuable resources,only in this way can we foster collaborative development better and further.
