摘要
当下,城市结构和功能存在尺度过大和缺乏弹性等一系列问题,健康城市的建设面临极大挑战,亟须打造有层次体系的分布式网络格局,并制订有绿色生产性功能的系统性规划。首先,以社区尺度为基本规划单元,充分发挥其在卫生保健和防灾减灾方面的作用。其次,分析社区生产性功能的健康潜力,并通过都市农业实践案例,论证其在平时状态和紧急状态下的健康保障能力。最后,提出以系统性思维制订社区健康规划,将绿色生产性系统融入健康城市规划中,并充分发挥其作用。
At present,the structure and function of city have a series of problems such as excessive scale and lack of elasticity,and the construction of healthy city faces great challenges.It is urgent to build a hierarchical distributed network pattern and formulate a systematic planning with green productive functions.Firstly,as the basic planning unit,the community scale is given full play in health care and disaster prevention and mitigation.Secondly,the health potential of productive function of community is analyzed,and its ability of health protection in daily state and emergency state is demonstrated through urban agricultural practice cases.Finally,community healthy planning is proposed with systematic thinking,and green productive system is fully integrated into healthy city planning to give full play to its role.
