济南泉城文化景观遗产生态价值及规划调控研究

Study on Ecological Value and Planning Regulation of Spring-city Cultural Landscape Heritage in Jinan

在黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展的国家战略背景下,济南泉城文化景观遗产的生态价值显得尤其重要,它也是进行城市规划调控的基础。运用生态系统观点,通过梳理相关史料和规划文本,归纳了泉城文化景观遗产的生态价值,分析了泉水生态与城市规划建设的共生关系;最后,指出济南泉城文化遗产是生活在黄河流域的人们对泉城生态系统长期调控的实践成果,具有突出普遍价值,并就遗产保护提出了对策与建议,包括加强对济南古城营建的历史研究、加强济南历史文化名城保护、强化济南生态城市顶层设计、大力营造赏泉品城公共空间等。

Under the background of the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin,the ecological value of Jinan spring-city cultural landscape heritage is particularly important,which is also the basis of urban planning regulation.Based on the view of ecosystem and combing the relevant historical materials and planning texts,this paper summarizes the ecological value of spring-city cultural landscape heritage,and analyzes the symbiotic relationship between spring ecology and urban planning and construction.Finally,it points out that the cultural heritage of Jinan springcity is the practical achievement of people's long-term regulation on the springcity ecosystem in the Yellow River basin,which has prominent universal value,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for heritage protection,including strengthening the historical research on the construction of Jinan ancient city,strengthening the protection of Jinan historical and cultural city,strengthening the top-level design of Jinan ecological city and vigorously creating thepublic spaceof spring-city.
